As systems administrator for a global paper manufacturer & distributor, Craig knew embracing a new technology platform was critical to his company's long term success. By transforming himself from a warehouse worker to a technology expert, Craig became the champion for widespread adoption of new systems company-wide. In the process, Craig reinvented not only himself, but also his distribution center. Craig's ability to embrace change enabled hundreds of workers across three shifts to overcome the technology divide and become knowledge workers so that his organization could maintain a competitive edge. Craig has since been promoted from the warehouse team to the IT team, where he serves a change agent and continues to chart new career horizons.
